Considering the relief claimed in the petition, we direct the petitioner to appear before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Corrected as per Court's order dated 28.03.2025 in CAW No.2987/2024 Parishad, Amravati, with the copy of petition with its annexures, which will be treated as representation.

We direct the Chief Executive Officer to decide the same expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.

With these directions the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
