This petition takes exception to the order dated 05-08-2024 passed by respondent No.3-the Tahsildar, Amgaon in terms of Section 48(7) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

ii.

Considering the nature of grievance raised in the petition, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions from respondent No.3, seeks leave to withdraw the order impugned. Respondent No.3 is permitted to withdraw the impugned order. Respondent No.3 shall hear the petitioner before passing the fresh order. iii.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the vehicle owned by the petitioner, shall be released subject to deposit of Rs. 60,000/- by the petitioner with the office of
