Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, though the petitioner's lease for carrying out tourism activities at 'Ghodazari' came to an end, proposal for extension has been forwarded to the competent authority i.e. the respondent no.2. He has brought attention of this Court to the communication dated 16.04.2024, which is produced at page 32.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent no.3Superintending Engineer, Chandrapur Irrigation Project Circle, Jalnagar, Chandrapur, to take appropriate decision on the communication dated 16.04.2024 within a period of eight weeks from today.
