In the present petition, a prayer is made to direct the respondents to take decision on the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, submitted by the petitioners on 27.10.2022 and till date no decision has been taken on the same.

A prayer is innocuous and therefore, we are of the opinion that this petition can be disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 to take decision on such application.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with direction to the respondent No.2 to take decision on the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 nd.thawre
