Though the applicant has initially approached this Court for quashing of the charge-sheet, he has restricted his claim in the application only for expeditious disposal of the trial pending before the learned trial Judge.

The application is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Railway Court, Bhusawal, to decide Summary Case No. 1908301/2015 arising out of Crime No.1298/2015, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
