Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 and 2-State.

Petitioner challenges inclusion of names of 15 persons in the final voters list dated 22.08.2019 in respect of election of respondent no.3-Society. This court, vide order dated 05.09.2019, granted liberty to respondent nos.1 and 2 to proceed further with the election of the society, excluding the names of 15 persons, which were included in the list of voters by order dated 16.08.2019, passed by the District Cooperative Election Officer. In that view of the matter, since elections of the respondent-Society were held and concluded, the petition is rendered infructuous and as such it stands disposed of.
