Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :

Both the parties shall not create third party interest in the suit properties. They shall not change the nature of the suit properties and shall maintain status-quo prevailing as of today till the decision of the suit. The trial Court shall endeavour to decide the suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
