For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant is permitted to delete name of the respondent No.1 at its risk.

Accepting the explanation given in the application the appellant-Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the amount within four weeks.

If the amount is not deposited within four weeks, the interim order granted on 14th June, 2016 shall stand vacated and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
