By way of this revision, the applicant challenges the conviction and order of sentenced passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class in S.C.C No. 638/2018, which was confirmed by the Extra Joint Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur.

During the pendency of this revision, both parties have arrived at a settlement, wherein party No.1 has agreed to pay Rs. 2,60,000/-. Out of which the amount of Rs.1,30,000/- has already been deposited before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Daryapur, and Rs.30,000/- was deposited by party No.1 before the Sessions Court, Achalpur. The remaining amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- was to be deposited within one month from the date of the settlement. The applicant has accordingly deposited the said amount and filed a Pursis to that effect, along with receipt.

Learned counsel for both the parties are present. Learned counsel for the non-applicant submitted that, in view of the Pursis, the matter may be disposed of.

In view of that, the criminal revision is disposed of by acquitting the accused.
