Leave to amend so as to add Management and the School with whom the petitioner was earlier worked, as party respondent nos. 2 and 3. The amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

Petitioner, who was imparting education in the respondent no.3 School managed by respondent no.2-Society, was declared surplus and is informed to have been not absorbed by this time. 4.

Our attention is invited to the Absorption Order issued on 29.01.2024 by the respondent no.1 to absorb the services in any other School.

Having regard to the issue which is sought to be canvassed, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.1-Education Officer(Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, on 07.01.2025 alongwith copy of petition which be treated as representation. 6.

The Education Officer (Secondary), shall deal with the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. 7.
