Challenge is to the decision dated 18.07.2025, taken by respondent No.2, whereby, the respondents have black-listed the petitioner from participating in its tender for a period of three years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed without issuing show cause notice to the petitioner and thus an opportunity of hearing has been not given.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that respondents intend to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and that the respondents are withdrawing the impugned order.

The statement is accepted.

The petitioner is satisfied with the statement so made. 7.
