The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.348/2025 registered with Police Station, Ranapratap Nagar, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Sections 143(2) and 143(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Since this Court has shown its disinclination to grant anticipatory bail, the learned Counsel applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.
