NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO.6503 OF 2015 (Ku. Sushama Manohar Sontakke vs. Dr. Panjabrao Krishi Vidhyapith and another) __________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's orders or directions and Registrar's orders.
Shri D.V. Dhondarkar, Advocate for petitioner. ------ CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND P.N. DESHMUKH, JJ.
DATED : MAY 3, 2016 The learned Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to answer how petitioner has been promoted beyond 3rd semester till 7th semester. We do not find anything in Counselling System Clause 8(iii) and Credit Load Clause 9(i), which enable Counsellor to recommend that students need not appear in any particular examination or subject. The petition is misconceived. The same is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
