DATED :- FEBRUARY 9, 2024 By this application, the applicants who are the original respondents are seeking clarification of the order and judgment passed in First Appeal No.1308/2009. By the said order, the appeal filed by the appellant i.e. Union of India, through General Manager is dismissed and appellant is directed to pay the compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- to the respondents within a period of 60 days. But inadvertently the apportionment of the amount was not directed, and therefore, the respondents are not received the compensation amount. In view of that, the appellant shall disburse the amount of compensation along with the interest equally to three respondents along with its interest.

In view of that, the civil application is disposed of.

The respondent shall deposit the entire amount of compensation along with interest.
