This is an application for stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award of the reference court.
Subject to condition of appellant depositing entire amount of compensation as awarded by the reference court, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of this order, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award till decision of

On failure of the appellant to deposit entire amount of compensation within the stipulated period, the order to stay shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this court.
