The issue involved in the present petition was also involved in Writ Petition No.3787 of 2013, decided by this Court on 25.10.2013.

In that view of the matter, it is held that the petitioners are entitled to receive the amount of compensation as determined under the provisions of Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The said amount shall be paid to the petitioners within a period of two months from today. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
