CIVIL APPLICATION [W] NO.1381/2015 The Civil Application is disposed of as not pressed. CIVIL APPLICATION [W] NO.2019/2015 By this civil application, the applicant seeks a decision on the writ petition in view of the judgments rendered by this court and mentioned in paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the civil application. The matter cannot be disposed of at the stage of order matters. This court will have to consider the facts of the petition and also the facts in the other petitions and then decide the matter. At the most, the matter could be heard by an early fixed date. Hence, though we reject the prayer made in the civil application, the writ petition may be listed at the end of the board for final disposal on 30th October, 2015. C.A. is disposed of.
