Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He has pointed out the proceeding/application filed by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer, Saoner and has contended that same is not decided till this date. 2.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent- Sub Divisional Officer, Saoner to decide the proceeding/ application of the petitioner within ten weeks from today, if not already decided. The concerned respondents are also directed to act in accordance with communication dated 13.10.2018 (Page 26), within six weeks from today. 3.

The petitioner is directed to appear before authority i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Saoner on 18.11.2025 at 11:00 a.m.

Thereafter, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings if some adverse order is passed. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs.
