The documents on record do not show that doctor has advised any further investigation or surgery for ailment of acute abdominal pain. There is no statement in petition or then in police report that there is no other member in the family to look after the mother. The previous history shows that the applicant has been reporting late normally. In 2003 he was arrested and brought back after a period of 497 days, in 2008 he was brought back after 204 days, in the year 2010 he was brought back after 463 days and in the year 2014 he was required to be arrested and brought back after 1206 days. 3.

In this situation, the contention that Police Authorities have no objection to his release on parole is misconceived.

The application is rejected.
