07/10/ ORAL JUDGMENT : (PER:- AMIT B. BORKAR, J.) 1] The applicants have filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying that the FIR dated 03/09/2013 registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, ANSARI
Judgment apl588.2013.odt 465, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code be quashed. This Court on 07/01/2014 had issued Rule and had granted interim relief in the present matter. Pending the present application, it is submitted on behalf of the applicants that charge-sheet has been filed by the non-applicant no. 1. 2] Shri A.S. Manohar, Advocate appearing for the applicants during the course of his argument submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed in pursuance of the FIR which is the subject matter of the present application.
3] Having considered the subsequent development, we are of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the applicants are granted liberty to take appropriate proceedings, as available, in accordance with the law after filing of the charge-sheet.
4] Considering the above facts, we are not entertaining the present application and granting liberty to the applicants to avail appropriate proceedings as stated above.
5] With the above observations, the criminal application stands disposed of.
