The limited grievance raised in the petition is for a direction to the respondent State to decide the proposal of the categorization of the petitioner within a stipulated period. Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent State to decide the proposal regarding categorization of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today. Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
