DATE : 29/04/2025 The petition challenges the order dated 03/10/2023 (pg.110) passed by the Assistant Personnel Officer For Divisional Railway Manager, Nagpur Division, Central Railway, whereby the claim of the petitioner for grant of family pension on the ground that she was residing with the deceased - employee Sharad Ganvir and therefore, was entitled to family pension has been rejected, in view of Rule 21 of the Railway Services (Conduct) Rules, 1966. The matter, therefore, would lie before the Central Administration Tribunal, in view of which, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Tribunal. No order as to costs.
