Considering the fact that the appeal has been admitted, the substantive sentences of imprisonment have been suspended by the trial Court, the appellant was all along

2/3 on bail during pendency of the trial and that the appellant has also paid the fine amount, I am of the view that the appellant, with the nature of punishment imposed upon him, deserves to be released on bail by suspending his substantive sentences of imprisonment. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the substantive sentences of imprisonment imposed upon the appellant be suspended till final disposal of the appeal and till that time, the appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum before the trial Court on the conditions that the appellant shall attend this Court as and when required by it. The application is disposed of accordingly.
