The learned counsel for the petitioners points out that on the date when this petition was filed, the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal was not functioning. However, the Tribunal has now started functioning. Therefore, he wants to withdraw the present writ petition to pursue his revision pending before the Tribunal. 2.

The permission is granted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty as prayed for.

Till the decision on the application for grant of stay pending before the Tribunal, the interim order granted by this Court vide order dated 31st August, 2023 shall continue. (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) Gulande
