By this application, the applicants/petitioners have prayed that delay of 11 days in filing application seeking review of the order dated 3rd July 2019 be condoned. In view of the order dated 4th April 2018, passed by this Court in Civil Application (CAO) No. 44 of 2018 in Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.17327 of 2017 in Writ Petition No.4974 of 2014 holding that for filing application seeking review of the judgment/ order passed under Article 226 or Article 227 of the Constitution of India, limitation is not prescribed, no orders are required on this application. The Civil Application is disposed accordingly.

The learned Advocate for the applicants/ petitioners has pointed out ground Nos.(B) and (C) in the Memo of Revision Application which was filed before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and has submitted that the order which was challenged before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal suffers from patent illegality. It is further submitted that the Tribunal has not properly appreciated the facts while rejecting the application filed by the applicants/ petitioners for condonation of delay in filing the revision application.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 15th January 2020.
