DATED : OCTOBER 5, 2018 This is an application moved by respondent no.1Devidas Kalsarpe for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant-V.I.D.C. in this Court. Heard Mrs. Najbile, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Dahat, learned counsel for appellant and Mr.Sirpurkar, learned A.G.P. for respondent-State. From the application and from the submissions of the learned counsel, it is clear that the appeal filed by the appellant was settled and disposed of in Lok Adalat on 22.04.2018.

The amount was deposited by the V.I.D.C. on the directions of this Court.

Since the appeal is withdrawn by the appellantV.I.D.C., applicant-respondent no.1 is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before this Court. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Respondent no.1-Devidas Kalsarpe is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.1,47,382/- along with interest accrued thereon. The application is disposed of.
