Heard learned counsel for the appellant Shri J. A. Anthony. By this application the delay of 80 days in filing of the second appeal is sought to be condoned. The reasons are giving in para 3 of the application stating that Power of Attorney of the appellant who was handling the matter, was ill for some time, in support of which a medical certificate dated 12.08.2019 has been placed on record.

Considering the reason given, the delay is condoned. The civil application is allowed. Office to register the appeal and list the matter for admission. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to place on record the copy of the paper book of the first appeal and the exhibited documents, for consideration at the time of hearing of the appeal for admission.
