As parking issue in High Court building premises is resolved on account of subsequent policy, the learned Counsel upon instructions seeks leave not to press the application for the present. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. It appears that parking woes in so far as District Court building is concerned are not over. Proposal was moved for permitting parking on a piece of land lying open to sky in front of old High Court building, i.e. on other bank of nullah separating premises of District Court from premises of Divisional Commissioner. Parties are seeking time of two weeks to find out what is the further progress.
List the matter on 2.8.2017.
Steno-copy of the order is permitted.
