The petitioner, a Minority Institution has sought permission to open a Junior College. Its proposal is informed to be pending since 05.01.2022.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.1 to take decision on the proposal dated 05.01.2022 of the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four months from today. 3.

For the said purpose, the petitioner through its authorized representative to appear before the respondent No.1 on 09.12.2024.
