Intimation notice dated 21st August, 2023 in a Arbitration Proceeding in pursuance to the judgment and decree dated 1st February, 2023 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akola, in Special Civil Suit No. 81 of 2021, is the subject matter of this writ petition.

In absence of any stay to the impugned judgment and decree, no challenge can be raised to the intimation notice in pursuance to such judgment and decree for compliance of decree.
