After hearing the respective counsel, I do not find there is any error apparent committed in the judgment dated 04/08/2016. The review application is therefore dismissed. However, the applicant is granted time of six weeks from today to comply with the direction issued by the trial Court in order dated 31/03/2012 passed below Exhibit-83.
