DATED : 13 th OCTOBER, 2015 Prayer is to direct College to issue original mark lists of 10th, 12th, BCA, MCA - 1st, 2nd and 3rd years to petitioner. Because the claim of petitioner as belonging to 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe has been invalidated, this court has admitted writ petition for final hearing and granted interim relief. On the strength of interim relief petitioner has continued her study as a Scheduled Tribe Candidate.

Learned AGP who appears for respondent no. 2 committee submits that because of change of panel to represent the committee, he is awaiting papers. He is, therefore, seeking time of four weeks.

In this situation, subject to further orders in the matter, we direct non-applicant no. 3 to provisionally return

Application is thus partly allowed and disposed of. List the petition for further consideration on 23.11.2015.
