This application seeks correction of an inadvertent error in the order dated 11.10.2021 in Criminal Writ Petition 344/2019.

It is common ground that the original respondent Smt. Shruti is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Thirty Thousand) deposited vide two separate cheques of Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand).

However, the order dated 11.10.2021 makes a reference only to one cheque of Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand) and Smt. Shruti is permitted to withdraw Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand).

Considering that the learned counsel for the original petitioner Ms. Munshi has no objection if the order is corrected appropriately, let the order dated 11.10.2021 be corrected.

In paragraph 4 of the order dated 11.10.2021, the amount of Rs.1,15,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand) shall be substituted by Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Thirty Thousand).
