DATE : 24.11.2016 On a reading of our orders dated 26.2.2016 and 5.8.2016, it is clear that this Court was not inclined to permit the petitioner to join on the vacant post and the Court was only desirous of keeping one post vacant till the right and entitlement of the petitioner to the said post was decided. Hence, the prayer made in the civil application is rejected.
