In view of subsequent Public Interest Litigation No.82 of 2025, the petitioners want to withdraw the present Public Interest Litigation with liberty to file appropriate proceedings if such occasion arises. 2.

Permission is granted. The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to raise grounds as raised in the present PIL, in PIL No.82 of 2025, if they so desire. All issues are kept open.
