By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a declaration that the petitioner cannot be declared as surplus. Shri Balpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Education Officer (Secondary), states on instructions that the petitioner was wrongly declared as surplus. It is stated that the petitioner would not be declared as surplus and the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed in view of the aforesaid statement. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
