DATED : 19 - 10The petitioner approached this Court with certain perceived grievances regarding the manner in which the investigation is being conducted. While we did not issue notice vide order dated 11-10-2022, we requested learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Pathan to seek appropriate instructions from respondent 2 as regards the grievances of the petitioner.

Mr. Pathan has apprised us of the steps taken in the investigation. We are more than satisfied that the investigation is proceeding fairly and sincerely and in accordance with law.

We are consciously refraining from making any further observation.

The petition is dismissed.
