Shri Saboo, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that as some time has lapsed after passing of the impugned order of transfer, the petitioner is ready to make a representation for her transfer to a place where there is a vacancy available, either in the post of Upper Division Clerk or a Lower Division Clerk, as the petitioner is ready to even work as a Lower Division Clerk and receive the salary meant for the post of the Lower Division Clerk, if she is placed nearby Yavatmal, where the husband of the petitioner is doing his business.

Since the request made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction against the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on its merits in accordance with law, as early as possible. No costs.
