Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. 3.

Ms Ketki Joshi, learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that respondent no.2 would consider the proposal received by him from respondent no.3, in accordance with law and forward it to the State Government for appropriate decision in the matter within a period of three weeks from the date of the order.

In view of above, for the present, the purpose of this petition has stood served. We, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the proposal and forward it to the State Government within a period of three weeks from the date of this order and if such proposal is received by the State Government within stipulated time same shall be decided by the State

Government within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.

Rule accordingly. No order as to costs.
