The present petition is not maintainable on two grounds firstly on delay of 51⁄2 years in challenging the order dated 06.02.2018 at Exh.14 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara in HMP No.34/2017 and secondly the HMP No.34/2017 which has already been decided finally in which the impugned order was passed on an interim application. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
