By way of amendment, the petitioner is seeking to implead Saraswatabai Punjabrao Thkre Uccha Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Haturna, Tq. Warud, District Amravati in the array of respondents, as the said school is not allowing to join them as per the order of respondent no.1 and consequential events taken place during the pendency of present petition.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application which are admittedly based upon subsequent events, the application is allowed. SKNair

Petitioner to carry out the amendment within a period of one week.

The civil application is disposed of.

Writ Petition No. 5804 of 2024 After carrying out the amendment, the office is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondent no.4, returnable on 8th September, 2025.
