DATED : 05/07/2019 The learned advocates for the petitioner - Corporation and the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and the learned AGP submit that the challenges raised by the petitioner - Corporation in the petition now does not require any consideration in view of the judgment given by this Court in the case of MSRTC, Wardha vs. Diwakar Madhukarrao Malkapure & ors.

It is submitted that the judgment is maintained by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
