DATED : 12 - 8The appellant has filed on record an affidavit. The relevant portion of which reads thus :

"2.

That, the undersigned is a retired Government servant. That the order passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court is a matter of record. That, respondent no. 1 has not placed on record the exact calculations about the arrears of maintenance. However, deponent submits that, he is ready to pay arrears of maintenance with this Hon'ble Court as per the order within a period of three months, since the undersigned deponent will have to make arrangement for making such payment keeping in mind the fact that he is a retired servant."

We accept the statement on oath as an undertaking to this Court.

Civil application is disposed of.
