02.12.2016 Heard Shri S.N.Bhattad, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent appearing in person. The learned Industrial Court has reduced the punishment of withholding of five increments, to one increment.

The petition can be disposed of by reducing five increments to two increments. All the benefits, if any, shall be calculated and be paid to the respondent sole within a period of three months from today. The writ petition stands disposed of.
