DATED : NOVEMBER 27, 2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition arises out of order passed by the School Tribunal, rejecting his application for intervention in an appeal filed by respondent No.1 before the School Tribunal.

It is pointed out that during pendency of this writ petition, the School Tribunal has disposed of the appeal finally and the writ petition challenging the order passed by the School Tribunal is pending before this Court.

In this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition could be disposed of, but, the point sought to be raised in this petition may be kept open.
