By this application, the insurance company seeks condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal. Delay is of 39 days. 2.
As per contentions of the applicant, on 5.5.2022 learned Judge below passed judgment impugned in the appeal and the applicant has applied for certified copy of the said judgment. The applicant, thereafter, had to obtain necessary permission from higher official where the time was consumed and the delay is caused. The delay is not intentional one.

As per contentions of non-applicants, the delay is not properly condoned.
