2) Since the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mana' (Scheduled Tribe) is pending for consideration for more than one year with respondent No.1 Committee, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.1 Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 3) We permit the petitioner to appear before the said Committee on 30/09/2024.

4) Since the petitioner has demonstrated that not only her father, but also brother is holding the validity certificates, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 not to cancel the admission of the petitioner till her tribe claim is decided.
