The respondents have filed an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.40,000/- deposited in this Court by the appellants.

The applicants/appellants have no objection, if the respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.40,000/-.

It appears that this Court, vide order dated 15.01.2020, has permitted the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to withdraw the amount of Rs.97,500/-, but no apportionment was directed to be done.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the office is raising objection regarding apportionment of amount.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the legal representatives of the deceased respondent i.e. respondent Nos.i to v are permitted to withdraw the TAMBE

2 CAS-792-2024 amount of Rs.40,000/- and the amount of Rs.97,500/- permitted by this Court in equal proportion alongwith accrued interest.
