The only prayer made in the Criminal Writ Petition is for a direction against the respondents to complete the trial of the petitioners in M.C.O.C. Case No.6 of 2013 by hearing it on the day-to-day basis. Since several old matters are also pending before the Court, a specific direction in the present case, cannot be granted. However, since the prayer is innocuous, we request the respondents to take up the matter as per it's turn as early as possible.

The Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
