This application is filed by the petitioner praying for speaking to minutes to clarify the order dated 1st August 2019.

By order dated 8th March 2019, while issuing notice to the respondent, ad-interim order was granted in terms of the prayer clause (iii), until further orders. When Rule came to be issued on 1st August 2019, nothing is mentioned about continuation or vacation of the interim order.

On considering the facts, it is directed that the interim order granted on 8th March 2019 shall continue till disposal of the writ petition.
